Please note that the studio runs Groupon deals from time to time for new clients only to the studio. Existing clients can take advantage of in-studio promotions.  If you are an existing client and you purchased a Groupon for the studio, we will credit the voucher to class packages (single classes excluded). There are no extensions, transfers or sharing of Groupon purchases allowed. Please note that 10-class packages must be used with 60 days of redeeming. We want to help you look good, feel good and move good. Our hallmark classes are high energy, challenging, fun, and most importantly, a combination of multiple fitness genres uniquely designed to maximize results and help clients achieve their goals.    

Training Program:

 

HIT (High Intensity Training)

This total body workout uses resistance to build muscle strength and endurance. This class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves cardio, strength and stretch.

 

Power BootCamp (PBC)

PBC builds strength and cardio conditioning using kettlebells, barbells and Dumbbells. PBC is the most effective way to quickly burn calories, build muscle and boost your metabolism. 

 

Pilates Mat

The mat routine uses your body to challenge and strengthen your core as well as improve your strength, flexibility, and balance.  Instead of isolating muscle groups, the entire body is involved, integrating the upper and lower extremities with the core musculature. Props may be used to vary your workout and keep you challenged.
